Martha Janvier, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, Certified ALF Core Trainer, also known as Coach Martha Jay, is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner and business strategist dedicated to helping individuals build profitable and sustainable Assisted Living Facilities.

With over a decade in healthcare, Martha saw firsthand the struggles older adults face when transitioning from hospital to home, and the lack of quality housing and care options available to them. In 2018, she opened her own ALF, gaining firsthand experience navigating the regulatory, operational, and financial sides of the business. She has since sold that facility to focus full time on training and coaching the next generation of ALF owners, drawing on what she actually lived through, not just studied.

Martha has helped countless entrepreneurs successfully enter the ALF industry. Her coaching offers more than training, it's a blueprint for wealth-building in senior care, backed by real operational experience in compliance, business strategy, and resident care. She's licensed across multiple states and is the author of The Blueprint: How to Price Your ALF.
